This time, konami do not plan to kill the deck the rampage the metagame more than half of year ago. Rather, their try slow it.

Restricted to 1:

Chaos Sorcerer「カオス・ソーサラー」: Expected, this card will come back. I thought it will come back will Black Luster Soldier...

Gladial Beast Bestarori 「剣闘獣ベストロウリィ」: Gladial Beast will harder to play now. I wonder why their don't restricted or rather ban [Gladial Beast - Gyzarus]. Hm......

Goyou Guardian 「ゴヨウ・ガーディアン」: This japanese guy is way to strong, to imba. You don't want to see to seen your Stardust being capture and join force by your opponent.

Zombie Carrier 「ゾンビキャリア」: Expected, this card boost up the dark arms deck and zombie synchron deck.....

Dark Armed Dragon 「ダーク・アームド・ドラゴン」: Expected, to strong. Summon, opponent has to say goodbye 3 of his cards.

Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary 「氷結界の龍 ブリューナク」: Restricted cause of effect to imba. And combo with synchron undead, it can 1 turn kill opponent.

Mezuki 「馬頭鬼」: Same as Brionac and Zombie Carrier. When combo this card with Burial from DD.....

Urgent Teleport 「緊急テレポート」: Expected, this card boost up the dark arms deck.

Cards of Safe Return 「生還の宝札: There are many card that can special summon monster from graveyard these days.

Reinforcement of the Army 「増援」: Din't see these card comming. Maybe its coz of Knight of te end.

Restricted to 2:

Goblin Zombie 「ゴブリンゾンビ」: Konami says, screw u undead, your era is over.

D-HERO Diabolicguy 「Ｄ－ＨＥＲＯ ディアボリックガイ」: Expected, 3 is way to strong

Wind Emperor Raiza 「風帝ライザー」: Konami slowly bring back this card.

Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest 「森の番人グリーン・バブーン」: Althought this card is back to 2. The new ruling make this card sux.

Destiny Draw 「デステニー・ドロー」: With this card and diobolic back to 2, dark arms deck will less powerful now.

Gold Sarcophagus 「封印の黄金櫃」: This card back to 2 cause nobody use it. Can you survive 2 turn currently metagame.

Allure of Darkness 「闇の誘惑」: Expected, this card restricted in upperdeck before. It open back cause of Extra Pack back then.

Ultimate Offering 「血の代償」: Black Feather deck rules.

Mind Crush 「マインドクラッシュ」: I thought this card will back to 3.....

Unrestricted:

Manticore of Darkness 「暗黒のマンティコア」: with COSR restrict to 1, this card don't not bring anytreat to this metagame..

Twin-Headed Behemoth 「ドル・ドラ」: Even if its 3, you can activate its card once per duel.

Phantom of Chaos 「ファントム・オブ・カオス」: I don't noe why this card restricted before...

Nobleman of Crossout 「抹殺の使徒」: Player seem don't like to set card these days.

Book of Moon 「月の書」: With returning of this card. 1 turn kill is more harder but still posible.

Ok, this is one of the banlist I like most. Konami just slowing certain deck not killing like previously banlist. Basicly, konami try to slower kin-tele dark arms and kin-tele undead as u see. These two deck have been top cause their power to search and draw(especially undead). In kin-tele undead, it can do either FTK or OTK. This is my first time see a deck that use two way to kill opponent effeciently. Anyway, you will see BF rule now. MWAHAHAHAHAHA, I got 3 sirroco of darkness.
