(the champion will choose 1 card first,then the 1st runner up choose,then 2nd runner up choose and so on.)

1. Min 40 cards Max 60 cards, side deck of up to 15 cards, Extra Deck of 0 to 15 cards.
2. No Fake cards allowed in the event.
3. 1st Sept 2009 OCG Ban and Restricted list used in Tournament.
4. ONLY JAPAN and ENGLISH language of the cards is allowed.
5. Prizes may vary depends on the number of duelist.
6.If there are 32 people or more join,then TOP 8will also get to choose

8.there will be revival round for those who lose 2-1.Only the 1st and 2nd in revival round will be revive!(need to top rm2 for the revival round)
