There can only be 1 "Sin" Monster face-up on the field at the same time. While this card is face-up on the field, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. If there is no face-up Field Magic Card on the field, destroy this card.
Hm......why Sin BEWD is easy to get but the Sin REBD hard to get.....Sometimes its hard to know what konami trying to do....
